Registered customer account

To be able to do business with PIMZOS VOF, your company need to be registered in our ERP System. In other words : We make a customer account for you.

The following details are needed to make a Registered Customer Account :

  • Legal and full Company name to appear on Invoice
  • Dedicated Email address for electronic invoicing (PDF). (Example: Accounting@, invoice@, etc.)
  • VAT number
  • Chamber of Commerce registration number
  • Delivery address
  • Invoice address
  • Generel telephone number
  • General fax number
  • Phone number of delivery address (for courier)
  • Contact person responsible for this order

Note that on all business, only our General Terms & Conditions do apply. Your terms of trade are explicitly not accepted. To apply for a Registered Account, send above mentioned details, by email to info@pimzos.com. Our accounting team will contact you by return to discuss your credit limit and/or payment terms. First orders from new customers, are always under pre-payment
