PIMZOS is a B2B wholesaler for companies and we are not required to act following the B2C consumer directives for (on-line) sales.

In case of incorrectly ordered unused and unopened product packaging, you can return products (subject to change) to us within 5 working days. This does not apply to products made or specially ordered for you. Please read our General Terms & Conditions.

We ask you to follow our RMA-procedure. (Return Material Authorisation procedure)
Returns are handled under B2B "carry in" condition. Freight charge to return to us in at your cost.

To apply for RMA, please do the following :

Email your RMA request to [email protected]
Mention the order/invoice number
We will supply you with an RMA Number
Return your device to us with this RMA number

Please pack well and never use the product retail packing as shipping carton, but pack in another box. Send only via secure and traceable way of shipping. Goods in transit are under your own responsibility.

Please make sure to enclose a copy of the orginal invoice when returning an item.
