De THCO2 is een CO2 concentration sensor, also measuring temperature and humidity. It measures temperatures in the range of -40 to +70 ° C and CO2 concentrations in the range of 0 to 40,000 ppm. It communicates over the RS485 bus by Modbus RTU and Spinel protocols. All with very little consumption. It is designed for measurement in offices, classrooms, training rooms, etc., where it is necessary to monitor the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2).
THCO2 is available in interior design, resp. where it is protected from water and condensation moisture.
The sensor communicates via RS485 using the Spinel or Modbus RTU protocol. It can be on a common communication line with other devices. It is possible to connect 32 devices to one two-wire communication line (more can be). For both protocols, specific communication examples are provided in the documentation.
The Spinel and Modbus RTU communication protocols can be switched by the ModbusConfigurator software. Modbus can also be easily switched by a jumper on the electronics.
